Title: Ethical Management of whole genome sequencing data

Raju Kucherlapati, M.D.

Paul C. Cabot Professor of Genetics and Professor of Medicine, HMS

Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethics

Dr. Kucherlapati is the Paul C. Cabot Professor of Genetics and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and has appointments at the BWH and the MGH in Boston.  A part of his research effort is focused on human cancer genetics/genomics. Dr. Kucherlapati is a promoter of incorporating the principles of Personalized Medicine into medical practice.  He is a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a member of the Institutes of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences and currently a member of the Presidential Commission for the study of Bioethics.
